ABOUT US
Open Hearts & Hands Inc. is a nonprofit organization based in Nassau County, NY, dedicated to empowering underserved young women and women through mentorship, leadership development, entrepreneurship training, and community engagement. Our programs address barriers such as poverty and unemployment by equipping participants with practical skills, career pathways, and leadership opportunities to achieve economic independence and positively impact their communities.
We believe all women can embrace who they are, can define their future, and can change the world.
