Open Hearts & Hands Inc. is a nonprofit organization established in 2024, dedicated to supporting underserved young women and women in Nassau County, NY. The organization focuses on inspiring through mentorship, leadership training, entrepreneurship, and community service, addressing challenges such as poverty and unemployment. Our programs empower women to achieve their goals, develop leadership skills, and contribute to the community.
